We stopped in Baker, CA again as Jarom wanted to grab a milkshake from another "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives," restaurant, Mad Greek Cafe. The milkshake was delicious!
After a few hours of traveling, we stopped in St. George for some lunch and came across this fun splash park. The kids definitely needed to burn off some energy, so we let them play for a while. They had so much fun!
On Day 8, we woke up early and headed to Provo to see my brother, Tim. We surprised him at his apartment and then took him out to lunch at Arbys.
After dropping Tim back off, we couldn't resist going by this house in Lehi again...
Now, I must say that although it may seem like Jarom and I are obsessed with the Sister Wives, we are definitely not. We just think that it is fun tracking down their homes and seeing them in person.
After we got back to Logan, we were completely exhausted so we just lounged around for the rest of the night.
This trip was everything that we had imagined it to be and we created so many memories as a family. Jarom and I agree that even though our kids are still really young and often have fights or meltdowns, we didn't experience any of those moments on the trip. They were the best little travelers. We are definitely planning to go back in a couple of years.
