Disneyland Vacation - Day 2

Day 2 of our vacation entailed another long drive, so we woke up rather early and quickly got back on the road.  Here are the kids, dressed and totally excited to get to our destination, Disneyland! 

Right before we got onto the interstate, we decided to make a last minute detour to see the beautiful, Las Vegas Temple.  The temple is located on a secluded hill, far away from the Strip.  It was definitely worth the stop. 

After visiting the temple, we began our 2nd day's journey to Anaheim.  Along the way, we stopped in Baker, CA and visited their famous, Alien Fresh Jerky restaurant.  Jarom sampled their jerky and was definitely impressed.  After eating lunch in Baker, we traveled a few more hours and finally arrived at our condo.  The condo was pretty luxurious and we were excited to see that the condo was only about a 10 minute walk from Disneyland. Here are a few random pics of the condo...

That night, we visited another "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives" restaurant, Mama Cozza's.

We ate a delicious, Italian dinner and then headed back to our condo.  We put the kids to bed rather early as we knew that the next day was going to be full of fun and excitement.
