Sadie is 2!

On October 29th, my baby girl turned 2! I can't believe it has been two years since I went to the hospital to be induced to welcome my first baby girl. I remember her birth so vividly and how special it felt to see and hold my daughter for the first time. It is truly a moment that I will cherish with me forever. Anyways, for Sadie's birthday party, we decided to have a Minnie Mouse theme party since "The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" is the only thing that she will maybe watch for a minute or two. For her birthday outfit, I purchased this adorable Minnie Mouse tutu, shirt, and bow.


We had lots of Minnie Mouse decor.

I made her cake out of fondant and I think it turned out really cute.

This is the only picture I got of her opening her presents, so sadly, I don't have any of her with all her new toys. She got a pink, Step 2 kitchen, a princess purse with princess electronic gadgets, a huge, plush Minnie Mouse, a princess dress-up box with dress up clothes, shoes, and jewelry, play food, and a princess beauty kit with hair accessories (sorry for the run-on). She's definitely a spoiled little girl.

I took her to the doctor for her 2 year old checkup and she was in the 25 percentile in height and weight and the 75 percentile for head circumference. So, she still has a big head, but she needs one for her huge brain right? :) She is a healthy and happy little girl who is definitely the diva of our family. We have so much fun with her and her cute little personality. Happy Birthday Sadie! We love you!
